Director, Contracts Manager

Qualified Painter & Decorator. Served his apprenticeship with J. L. Connolly and advanced through promotion to Contracts Manager and now Director.

Has a wealth of practical knowledge and experience in the painting and construction related industries.

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Served in the building industry since 1972 with experience ranging from professional offices to small and large building contractors. Has been involved in all facets of the industry from estimates, pricing and cost control in a range of projects from small to multi million dollar.

Nelva Taylor

Office Manager

Nelva is responsible for the office and financial management of the company which requires her excellent communication, organisational, accurate accounting, and time management skills. Nelva provides a friendly and positive environment for our staff and clientele.

Michelle Weller

Office Assistant

Assists with the day to day running of the administrative requirements of the company to ensure timely and accurate records.

John Aukino

Project Supervisor

Qualified painter and decorator with numerous years of experience in the trade. Responsible for the planning, organisation, and supervision of our tradesmen engaged on our commercial and residential projects .

Manpower

The company operates with a team of between 45-50 qualified painters and paperhangers, brushhands and apprentices including experienced Foremen for on-site supervision. Staff are directly employed by the company and are fully conversant with the application of all types of paints, textured coatings, high-build industrial and protective coatings, and all manner of wallcoverings. It is Company Policy to employ/train apprentices. Regular staff meetings are held and the principals and foremen are responsible for the supervision and training of apprentices.
